Dana Kuhman

Dana Kuhman brings ten years of organizational development to Elite Media Worx. Dana's experience focuses on providing organizational and leadership development services at all levels within organizations. She continuously strives to create work environments that exceed the expectations of all key stakeholders: shareholders, employees, customers, and strategic partners.

PROVEN TRACK RECORD

Most recently, Dana served as the Executive Project Director for Globalcom Communications, a facilities-based integrated communications provider. She worked extensively with executive management and contributed to the development, integration and coordination of company strategic goals and objectives that supported the Company's mission and core values. Moreover, she managed multiple and large scale projects designated to accelerate the growth and success of the Company and maintained a positive rapport with the Company's Board of Directors, high-level customers, vendors and investors.

BACKGROUND

Dana received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Corporate & Organizational Communication from Western Kentucky University in 2000 and obtained a Masters in Public Service from DePaul University in 2008. Currently, she participates in various philanthropic endeavors including serving on the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Illinois Associate Board and is responsible for promoting community awareness and support for the foundation through event-based fundraising. Dana also serves as a Wish Granter for the organization and works directly with children and their families to ascertain and plan their wishes while also working to creatively seek in-kind goods and services to implement and execute the wish. When she's not volunteering, Dana also enjoys traveling with her family and running in various road races throughout the year.
